This meeting was published in a communique from the secretary general of the party on April 10, Cameroon-Info.Net has reported. Participants will extend to mayors, members of parliament, senators and members of the shadow cabinet of the party.

Though the agenda of the meeting has not been disclosed, it is very likely that results of the senatorial elections may be discussed.

Mr Fru Ndi stepped down earlier in the year as the flagbearer of the party for the upcoming presidential election. Joshua Osih is the  man to face the other contenders.
