First annual ordinary session on political dialogue between the European Union and Cameroon centres on security and Anglophone crisis.

Cameroon and the European Union have agreed to work closely in matters of security and agreed seeking for solution to the Anglophone crisis.

This was at the start of the first annual ordinary session of the political dialogue between the European Union and Cameroon for 2018 currently going on in Yaoundé, cochaired by Minister of External Relations Lejeune Mbella Mbella and the Head of the EU Delegation to Cameroon Ambassador Hans Peter S.

The organ of elections in Cameroon, migration related issues and the impact of BREXIT on cooperation between Cameroon and the European Union are also areas of concern in the ongoing ordinary session.
